Jacks in
Livingston is a frequent stop for me due to its location in town being on my
way to work. I typically go by there daily either for breakfast or lunch. They
have a variety of food choices whether it be for breakfast or lunch. I mostly
go through the drive through, but the few times I go in and sit down the
restaurant is decently clean and a friendly environment. As for the drive-through,
it has pretty quick service depending on the time. Early in the morning the
drive-through is quick but around lunchtime and 9:00pm the line around the
restaurant will get backed up a decent amount. Their lunch menu has a good
variety of choices, and they are almost always having some sort of special menu
item. The service is typically pretty good, but every now and again a
worker seems to be in a bad mood, or you will get the wrong order when going through
the drive through. Prices at Jacks seem to be pretty average compared to other fast-food
chains, a meal will typically run a person around $8-$10 for lunch and biscuits
being priced around $3. Jacks is a pretty popular restaurant in Livingston
since it is across the road from campus so many students can be spotted going
there between class breaks or before class. It is also a nice location to go
and eat with some friends since there is a lot of seating inside. Overall, I would
recommend Jacks to anyone who asked me where to go to get a quick bite to eat
in Livingston as I find it to be the best fast food option in town due to its
location and menu choices. The only thing I would consider a negative is the
amount of waiting time during certain hours of the day.
